Since the start of when Student-Athletes could start earning compensation from Name, Image and Likeness our phones have rang off the hook with schools, collectives, coaches and AD’s seeking a strategic partner to help them through this ever-changing landscape! Add to it the changing landscape of college athletics, roster size limits, scholarship totals changing and more! Its a dynamic space on both fronts! Our goal is to help assist & educate coaches and AD’s by providing educational workshops, tools, systems (marketplaces and disclosure) and aligning our strategic partners to provide best in class training, on-demand content and the most up to date information on NIL or College Recruiting and implications to recruiting, athletes & coaches, brands and many more.

So what do you normally provide for schools? All packages are customized but normally include either in-person or virtual training sessions for coaches and staff. Many times our packages include workshops for student-athletes and parents. Almost every time, we would recommend you include a on-demand training component to help train coaches, administrators, parents and student-athletes. We’ve also been asked about setting up Non-Profit Collectives, developing guides, Marketplace Build out for School or Collectives, NIL Disclosures and content and other strategic consulting.

Teams Route, offers a comprehensive platform to educate, empower and provide resources for High School & Club Coaches to better engage and manage the ever changing college recruiting process.
